Product Description

WSSF bimetallic thermometer series is a kind of temperature measurement instrument suitable for direct measurement of vapor and liquid temperature. The imported bimetallic sheet is used as the temperature measuring element, which has high speed and high precision. 304SS stainless steel plasma welding shell, spinning sealing process, has strong shock resistance, splash resistance and corrosion resistance, and is easy to read, durable. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, machinery, shipbuilding, power generation, textile, printing and dyeing, medicine and other industrial and scientific research departments.

Application
·  Explosion-proof electric contact bimetallic thermometer series separation explosion and intrinsically safe two. Explosion-proof electric contact bimetallic thermometer series has contact devices inside, which can meet the temperatures of explosive liquids, gases and vapor media such as hydrocarbons present in the surveillance production site. When the temperature reaches a given value, the contact closes or breaks, making the relay in the control circuit act, so as to automatically control or alarm, signal remote transmission and other functions.

·  Explosion-proof electric contact bimetallic thermometer series is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836.1 "General Requirements for Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", GB 3836.2 "Equipment Protected by Flameproof Shell" d "for Electrical Equipment in Explosive Gas Environments" and GB3836.4 "Intrinsically Safe" i "for Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments", and passed the explosion-proof inspection conducted by relevant national departments. Used together with the safety barrier of the same explosion-proof level, it can form an intrinsically safe explosion-proof system, which is suitable for explosive areas in Zone 1 and Zone 2.
